Parent Code of Conduct

At Augusta Arsenal, we are committed to creating a positive, respectful, and development-focused environment for all players. Parents and spectators play a critical role in supporting this experience.

Expectations

Parents and spectators are expected to:

  • Promote positive sportsmanship at all times
  • Support all players, not just your own, regardless of game outcome
  • Respect coaches, referees, and opponents in both behavior and language
  • Allow coaches to coach and refrain from giving instructions during games
  • Encourage development over winning
  • Communicate respectfully with coaches, staff, and other families
  • Notify coaches in advance of any absences or conflicts
  • Represent Augusta Arsenal positively at all events

Sideline Behavior

  • Cheer positively—avoid criticism or negative comments
  • Do not argue with referees or officials
  • Avoid confrontations with other parents, players, or coaches
  • Help create a welcoming and supportive environment for all families

The following will not be tolerated:

  • Abusive language or behavior toward players, coaches, referees, or spectators
