Will my child be coached by Arsenal staff?
No. Your child will continue to be coached by Augusta Arsenal coaches. However, our coaches are supported by Arsenal Football Development through education, curriculum, and ongoing collaboration.
Will Arsenal staff visit Augusta Arsenal?
Yes. Arsenal Football Development leadership plans to visit partner clubs, including Augusta Arsenal, to observe training, support coaches, and strengthen the partnership.
Does this mean my child can be recruited by Arsenal?
No. This is a development partnership, not a recruitment or scouting program. The focus is on improving the quality of coaching and player development within our club.
Is this program available to all players?
The benefits of this partnership will be integrated across the club. Some elements (such as specific training opportunities or programs) may be introduced at different levels over time.
