Refund Policy

Participation in Augusta Arsenal's competitive program is a full-season commitment. When a player accepts a roster position, it denies another player the opportunity to take that spot and creates financial commitments for the club based on team size, coaching, and league participation.

For this reason, club fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. By accepting a roster position, families commit to paying the full seasonal fee, regardless of participation status at any point during the year. Fees cover the entire soccer year and are not divided by season, half-season, or level of participation.


Exceptions


Limited exceptions may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Season-ending injury. A partial refund may be considered with proper medical documentation from the treating licensed physician or facility.
  • Relocation. A partial refund may be considered if a family moves out of the area during the season.


All exception requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the AASC board. Any approved refunds will be prorated at the club's discretion.


No Refunds Will Be Issued For

  • Voluntary withdrawal from the program for any reason.
  • Schedule conflicts, including school, work, or other extracurricular activities.
  • Dissatisfaction with playing time, team placement, or coaching decisions.
  • Any reason not specifically listed under "Exceptions" above.


Optional Insurance Through Vertical Insure


Because Augusta Arsenal operates under a zero-refund policy (see above), parents are offered the option to insure their financial commitment through Vertical Insure during the registration process.
